All four higher education institutions already have established partnerships with Ukrainian HEIs in Kyiv, Kharkiv, Chernivtsi, and Drohobych.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">\u201cThe lectures, courses, and events they organize are especially valuable because in most European textbooks, Ukrainian history was presented in the Russian context. This was shown by a 2022 study by the Ukrainian Institute. But today we're taking another step away from Russian narratives: these universities are joining the Coalition of Ukrainian Studies,\u201d Olena Zelenska emphasized during the meeting.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">The Global Coalition of Ukrainian Studies is a state initiative of Ukraine aimed at developing Ukrainian and Crimean Tatar studies worldwide. Its key tasks include overcoming fakes and distortions in the academic environment, as well as creating strong partnerships between Ukrainian and foreign higher education institutions.
