Global coalition of Ukrainian studies develops cooperation with Lund University

Lund University is one of Europe's leading academic centres and Sweden's largest universities.

Last week, a meeting was held to discuss strategic areas of partnership: academic exchanges, dual degrees, joint research initiatives in medicine, transport and sustainable technologies, as well as expanding Ukrainian language studies and holding a series of cultural events. Special mention was made of the activities of the Lund-Ukraine Alliance for Academic Support, which coordinates assistance to Ukrainian universities and promotes their integration into international scientific and educational programmes.

These initiatives confirm that interest in Ukraine and Ukrainian studies in Lund is constantly growing. Further evidence of this is the stable demand among students for Ukrainian language courses.

We express our sincere gratitude to our colleagues at Lund University for their consistent support of Ukraine. We are confident that this cooperation will serve as a foundation for new projects and even deeper integration of Ukrainian science and education into the global academic space.
